BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Gates Hall Chapman...
As the Chief Executive Director of Family Healing Social Services, LLC, Dr. Chapman has several Masters, Doctorate and 40+ years of experience in Management, Administration, Education, Social Work, Business, Mental Health and Public Health. She has been working in the Local and Federal Government of the District of Columbia for many years as a vital team member, player, leader and builder for various agencies. She maintains a high standard of academic achievement and program management success with Supervision Management, Monitoring, Teaching, Trainings, and Facilitations and more.
Dr. Chapman specializes in leadership management, assessments, diagnosing, facilitating trainings, and treating individuals of all ages (from school age to geriatrics) with depression, anxiety, bipolar I and II, schizophrenia, ADHD, insomnia, and many more. These treatments include (but are not limited to) medication management, psychotherapy, and referrals. She applies a non-judgmental, client-centered approach in her practice. Her guiding principle is to empower patients and strengthen their self worth.

Our mission is to facilitate Family Healing via Social Services, Care Coordination, Mental Health Services, Medication Management, Youth Development Services, Adult Services, Senior Services, Education, Tutorial, Mentoring, Leadership, Behavioral Modification, Family Reunification, Criminal Justice Advocacy and Re-Entry Support Programs and Services, Addiction Intervention, counseling, employment services, childhood development, senior services, Veteran Services, Faith-Based Initiatives and so much more.
